About Mrs. Stelzel:
I am starting my 22nd year of teaching Technology here at East Bernard ISD. I am excited about teaching at a school where my children and I graduated from. For 15 years, I had the privilege of teaching the 8th grade students the concept of keyboarding. I now teach the 5th graders the same notion of typing with Google Suite added to the curriculum. They are just learning at an earlier age which is a plus for the students. I also teach the 6th and 7th grade students Computer Science, and the 8th grade students are allowed to take STEM. Computer Science and STEM are both electives that are semester long classes. I am excited to say that I have a wonderful keyboarding room along with an exciting STEM lab. This year will be wonderful AND exciting with lots and lots of learning!
