To access these services:

Simply click on the My School Bucks link.  From this site you will create your account and add money to your school meal account.  All you need is your name, your child's account number and school ZIP code.  The instructions listed below will guide you through the easy online account set up process.

Things to know:

If you have more than one child in the district you can handle all online prepayments from the same online account.

Payments are generally processed within 24 hours. However, if the payment option selected is an eCheck, the processing will take anywhere from 4 to 7 business days. If you opt to pay via eCheck, please allow a lead time of a week before the funds will be available in the account.

Payments may be made through an existing PayPal account or with a major credit or debit card.

In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for each transaction will be assessed to cover the bank fees.  The convenience fee is $1.95 per deposit transaction. If you are placing money into multiple meal accounts you will only be assessed the $1.95 fee once per deposit transaction.  The East Bernard School District will not profit from the use of this site.

Delinquent Accounts:

EBISD Cafeteria will not allow students with a zero balance or insufficient daily funds to charge extra meals or smart snacks from the time the account becomes delinquent.  The student must bring money to cover any debt and have enough money for their requested extras.  In extenuating circumstances or for special arrangements, parents may contact Brittany Kaminski, the district's Child Nutrition Director at 979-335-7519 ext 116.
