I am in my 14th year at East Bernard High School, where I serve as the Girls' Athletic Coordinator, teach high school special education, coach JV volleyball, and serve as the head softball coach. I grew up in La Vernia, Texas, and began my collegiate athletic career at Cisco Junior College as a dual-sport athlete in volleyball and softball before continuing at Prairie View A&M University, where I also competed in both sports. My teaching and coaching philosophy emphasizes personal accountability, helping students take ownership of their actions, work ethic, and personal growth.
