24-25 Teacher Pay Scale** The potential outcome of the 2025 Legislative Session indicates a substantial increase in teacher base pay, particularly those with five or more years of experience (+$8,000). These increases are not included in the 24-25 pay scale. The EBISD Board of Trustees will update the teacher pay scale as soon as final legislation is signed.
