Brahma Family, It is with great sadness and an extremely heavy heart I share with you former staff member Coach Pat Reinecke passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning. Pat could light up any room with his fun personality, and his sincere dedication to his athletes and fellow coaches was admirable. Pat was loved by so many--kids, parents, and staff members alike. Please keep his family and friends in your prayers. I will pass along information regarding arrangements once received. May Coach Reinecke rest in eternal peace. A huge shoutout to Mrs. Warncke’s 8th grade Teen Leadership class! Before Thanksgiving, Mrs. Warncke and her students organized an incredible Teen Care Drive for our campus. Thanks to the generosity of students and their families, they collected 2,314 personal care items, which were donated to the Women's Crisis Center in Wharton. These items were then shared with other local crisis centers in need. We are so fortunate to have such a caring and giving community—this is just one more shining example of that! Fantastic work, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed!

EB FFA members competed at the Gulf Coast District LDE contest yesterday and had a great day. We are proud of all of our members' hard work and dedication this season!

FRIDAY FOOTBALL SEND OFF AND EARLY RELEASE
This Friday we will have a football send off in front of the high school at 2:45. School will be dismissed for the day at the conclusion of the send off, approximately 3pm.
Please be aware as we continue through the playoffs and game distances increase, early release Fridays will occur. Early release is necessary to run our bus routes and get drivers and buses back in time to reload and transport our band and cheer groups to the game safely and on time.
