This past Saturday the EBHS Academic UIL teams competed at the Regional held at Blinn College. The following students medaled: Craig Lanier, 1st place Chemistry, 3rd Place Physics, and 2nd Place overall Science Myranda Hallmark- 5th place overall Science Kadence Hernandez - 5th place Poetry Interpretation Charlsie Atteberry =- 4th place Editorial Sam Potts - 5th Place Copy Editing. Sophie Kirby- 5th in Ready Writing. Please congratulate these students if you see them and please wish Craig good luck as he will compete at the State UIL Meet on May 14th in Austin at the University of Texas. THSCA Recognition
Please join us in congratulating Christopher Kopecky, East Bernard High School senior, on being named to the THSCA Academic All-State Team. Chris has excelled in the classroom and on track as your district and area 800m champion. He also is the district, area, and regional champion in the 3200m (setting a regional record) as well as the district, area, and regional champion in the 1600m (setting a regional record.) He can now claim another title of 2nd Team Academic All-State to his already impressive resume.
Congratulations, Anna Witte, East Bernard High School senior, on being named to the Texas High School Coaches Association Academic All-State team. Anna was recognized as a second-team member by the association. Along with being recognized as a member of the all-state team, she was an Area and Regional meet qualifier in the 3200 and 1600 meter runs.
Congratulations to these outstanding senior athletes!

Students receive a free ticket. Parents and all other guests must purchase a ticket.
Meal tickets are $13 and can be purchased one of two ways. Tickets can be purchased from the front office at East Bernard HS or online at the following link: https://www.ticketleap.events/tickets/east-bernard-isd/ebhs-academic-banquet.
If purchasing a ticket online, we will have a list of purchased tickets at Riverside Hall to check you in at the banquet. Last day to purchase tickets is Thursday, May 2, 2024. Meal tickets will not be sold at Riverside Hall.
